Chancery Clerk Implements New Recording Software The Chancery Clerks office has implemented new recording software in an effort to streamline and simplify the document recording process. As a result, the old Land Records Online search site will be discontinued. Recording in our older system was discontinued on 9/17/2021 at 5:00 PM. The new Land Records Online website came online on 9/20/2021 at 8:00 AM. This new site contains all previous and newly record documents, and will be the online search portal for the Chancery Clerk going forward. Please click the "Recording" button on the left hand menu for more information, and to visit the Land Records Online portal by clicking the "Land Records Online" button on the top right hand menu of every page.
