2022 Delinquent Property Tax Deadline

Friendly reminder regarding 2022 Delinquent Property Taxes:
Thursday, August 28th, 2025 is the deadline to pay 2022 delinquent property taxes.

My office accepts cash, debit/credit cards, money orders and cashier's checks, or payable here on our website. Payment MUST BE RECEIVED in the Chancery Clerk's Office (Courthouse) located at 1801 23rd Ave. Gulfport or 730 Dr. Martin Luther King Blvd. Biloxi no later than 5pm Thursday, August 28th, 2025.

If payment is not received on or before August 28th, the property will be lost to the tax sale buyer.
